Who's behind this
I'm Christopher Cruttenden. My grandfather and uncle built Acorns, the app that made investing simple for everyday people, and I grew up watching how they did it. I'm building Baseline Benefits to do the same for healthcare costs. I have an HSA and I've lived this problem: not knowing what counts, and leaving my own money unclaimed. Questions? Can I use it today?
Not yet. We're building now, and the waitlist gets first access. You'll get one email when it's ready.
What will it cost me?
There's no fee to use it. Pharmacies and stores pay us when we find you a lower price. When we claim money back for you, we keep a small cut of what we recover, so we only earn when you get paid.
What happens to my data?
Today we store your email and use it to tell you when the app is ready. Once you connect accounts, we use your data to find your savings. We never sell it.
Is it safe to connect my accounts?
Your HSA and cards link through Plaid, the same service most banking apps use. We use the connection to read what you spent and find what's eligible. Money never moves without your approval.
Is this advice?
No. Baseline Benefits helps you use the benefits you already have. We don't give medical, tax, or legal advice, and we never suggest changing your medication.
